Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- potato chips, crushed - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 3 item
- cooked wild rice - 1 c
- sliced water chestnuts - 1/2 c
- whole chicken breasts, boiled and cut up - 3 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix all ingredients except chips. Pour into baking dish. Top with crushed chips. Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
