Hot turkey salad
Ingredients/Components
- cooked turkey, diced - 2 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- cooked rice equal to 1/2 c
- green onions, chopped - 1 tsp
- slivered almonds optional - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- chicken broth - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- potato chips, crushed - 2 c
How to make hot turkey salad:
Mix first 11 ingredients and pour into casserole. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, One Dish meal.
