- whole chicken - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can sliced potatoes - 1 item
- can sliced carrots - 1 item
- can peas - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil and debone chicken. Mix soup by directions on can. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish, chicken, potatoes, carrots, peas and soup. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Make a thin layer and microwave for 15 to 20 minutes covered. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
