Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- diced onion - 1 item
- hamburger - 3 lb
- dry bread crumbs
- Italian seasoning to taste - 1 item
- box large shells - 1 item
- Mozzarella, shredded - 1 lb
- box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 item
How to make stuffed shells:
Brown hamburger, onion and seasoning in oven (do not cook until done). Mix in bread crumbs, eggs, cheese and drained spinach. Mix well. Stuff into partially cooked shells. Put into casserole dish. Pour your favorite pasta sauce over top. Bake until warmed through and noodles are tender.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Pasta shells.
