Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- uncooked rice
- skinless chicken breasts - 6 item
- can condensed chicken soup - 1 item
- can mushroom soup or celery soup - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Brown chicken; place in bottom of large casserole dish. Add both cans of soup plus 2 cans water (or enough to cover chicken). Add rice and stir together. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
