Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- pie shell unbaked - 1 item
- Pet milk evaporated - 1 c
How to make bacon quiche:
Partially bake pie shell so that bottom will not be soggy in cooked quiche. Cook bacon; drain and crumble. Beat eggs and milk; stir in bacon and cheese. Mix and pour into partially baked pie shell. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
