Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- lemon - 1 item
- whole chicken breasts - 4 item
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
- sherry - 1/3 c
How to make chicken capri:
Rub the breast with the cut lemon. Squeeze the juice out as you rub. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken; coat with flour. Heat butter in skillet; brown chicken breasts in butter. Mix the soup, sherry and cheese; pour over browned chicken. Simmer for about 1 hour. Remove chicken to warm serving platter; spoon gravy over chicken. Garnish with parsley.
