- finely chopped pecans - 1 c
- honey - 1/4 c
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 c
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved - 4 item
How to make honey mustard chicken:
Place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of waxed paper; flatten with meat mallet or rolling pin. Set aside. Combine honey and mustard; coat both sides of chicken. Roll chicken in pecan pieces.
