  • chopped celery - 1/4 c
  • olive oil - 1/4 c
  • chicken - 4 lb
  • can mushrooms - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • diced carrots - 1/2 c
  • can tomatoes - 1 item
  • green peppers, cut up - 2 item

How to make chicken cacciatore:

Clean chicken and cut into serving pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Brown onion in olive oil and add chicken. Brown lightly on both sides. Add tomatoes, carrots, celery, green peppers and mushrooms. Cook until chicken and vegetables are tender.
