How to make chicken cacciatore:
Brown chicken with onion in margarine. Add tomatoes, green pepper, milk and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken. Melt cheese and pour sauce over chicken.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
