- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- large green pepper - 1 item
- olive or salad oil - 5 Tbsp
- frying chicken - 4 lb
- to 2 cloves garlic, chopped - 1 item
- can large tomatoes - 1 item
How to make chicken cacciatore:
Cut chicken into serving portions. Season with salt and pepper; roll lightly in flour. Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken lightly on both sides, about 10 minutes.
