Chicken cacciatore
Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- linguine - 1 lb
- green pepper, sliced - 1 item
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- large can crushed tomatoes - 1 item
- small can black olives - 1 item
- red pepper, sliced - 1 item
- small jar green olives - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes - 1 lb
How to make chicken cacciatore:
Stir-fry all ingredients in olive oil in a Dutch oven except tomatoes. Once chicken is almost cooked add tomatoes and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Cook the linguine and serve over the linguine.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
