- medium onions, diced - 2 item
- slices bacon, diced - 3 item
- dry basil - 1 tsp
- can tomatoes, drained and chopped - 1 lb
- chopped fresh parsley, divided - 1/4 c
- hot cooked thin spaghetti, cooked without fat - 4 c
- crumbled Feta cheese, divided - 1 c
How to make chicken cacciatore:
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oregano and garlic and saut 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, onions, 2 tablespoons parsley and juice. Cook 2 minutes or until heated. Combine tomato mixture, spaghetti and 3/4 cup cheese. TossRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
