- pkg - 2 oz
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- chicken broth - 1 c
- margarine, melted - 4 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- cheese, grated - 1 c
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and boned - 1 item
How to make chicken broccoli rice casserole:
Saute onions and pepper in margarine. Combine remaining ingredients, except crackers, 4 tablespoons margarine and grated cheese. Place in a 9 x 11-inch casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and crackers mixed with melted margarine. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
