Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- low-fat milk - 1/2 c
- white wine - 1/2 c
- light mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- cut up cooked chicken - 2 c
- Butter Buds - 2 Tbsp
- grated light Cheddar cheese - 1/3 c
- can low sodium cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen broccoli spears, cooked, drained and cut into bite size pieces - 2 pkg
How to make chicken broccoli casserole:
In a large baking dish, arrange the broccoli; place chicken on top. Drizzle with Butter Buds; sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
