Ingredients/Components

- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chili powder - 3/4 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- lasagna noodles - 1/2 lb
- large onion - 1 item
- ground oregano - 1/2 tsp
- bags Mozzarella cheese - 2 (2

How to make baked lasagna:
Brown ground beef and garlic lightly with water over medium heat. Add seasonings. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste; simmer for 30 minutes. Cook noodles until almost done; drain. Cover bottom of greased baking dish with 1 1/2 cups of beef and tomato mixture. Place 1/2 of noodles, one at a time, in the dish until beef mixture is covered. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream or cottage cheese on noodles. Sprinkle 1/2 of Parmesan cheese and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining beef mixture and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Lasagna.
