  • chili powder - 1 Tbsp
  • hamburger
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • few drops Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • cans water - 2 item
  • can pinto beans - 1 item
  • cans stewing tomatoes - 2 item
  • small cabbage head, chopped - 1 item

How to make cabbage patch stew:

Brown hamburger and onion. Add tomatoes, tomato soup and beans. Bring to boil. Add small head chopped cabbage, chili powder and Tabasco sauce. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.

Potatoes, cut up, have been substituted for pinto beans.
