- heavy cream whipping cream - 1 c
- chicken breast halves, boned and skinned - 6 item
- cube butter not margarine - 1 item
How to make chicken breasts in lemon cream sauce:
Lightly salt and pepper chicken breasts. Melt butter in skillet and saute chicken for 5 to 8 minutes, turning once to cook on all sides. Place chicken in ovenproof serving dish.
