Heavenly fruit dip
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- whipped cream, whipped until just stiff - 1 c
How to make heavenly fruit dip:
Mix sugar, flour, pineapple juice, egg and butter in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth and thickened, 10 to 15 minutes; use a whisk for best results. Cool completely. Fold in whipped cream; chill at least 3 hours. Serve with fresh fruit; apples, pears, strawberries, etc.Recipe categories: Fruit, Appetizers, Dips.
