Chicken and sausage jambalaya
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 6 tsp
- chicken broth
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 c
- whole chicken - 1 item
- rice
- celery - 1/2 c
- onions - 3/4 c
- smoked sausage - 1 lb
- some garlic salt - 1 item
How to make chicken and sausage jambalaya:
Boil chicken until done. Cool and debone. Cook vegetables until tender, then add tomatoes and sausage, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Simmer about 10 minutes.
