Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 6 item
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Put rice in bottom of 2-quart casserole. Mix soups with water and pour over rice. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter and place on top of rice. Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
