  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1/2 item
  • uncooked rice
  • chicken legs - 3 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • can water - 1 item
  • small can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
  • chicken breasts - 3 item
  • chicken thighs - 3 item

How to make chicken and rice casserole:

Melt oleo; add soups and water; reserve 1 cup soup mixture; add mushrooms and rice to soup. Pour into 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Arrange chicken on rice mixture. Pour reserved soup over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 325° for 2 hours.
