Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- uncooked rice
- chicken legs - 3 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- small can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 3 item
- chicken thighs - 3 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Melt oleo; add soups and water; reserve 1 cup soup mixture; add mushrooms and rice to soup. Pour into 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Arrange chicken on rice mixture. Pour reserved soup over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 325° for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
