  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • chicken, cut up - 1 item
  • uncooked rice - 1 c
  • French onion soup mix - 1 pkg

How to make chicken and rice casserole:

Mix together rice and canned soups; put in baking dish. Lay chicken on top. Sprinkle the French onion soup mix over chicken. Melt the butter; pour over mixture. Wrap tightly in foil; bake for 2 hours at 350°.
