- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chicken, cut up - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- French onion soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Mix together rice and canned soups; put in baking dish. Lay chicken on top. Sprinkle the French onion soup mix over chicken. Melt the butter; pour over mixture. Wrap tightly in foil; bake for 2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
