Chicken and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- water
- uncooked rice
- can condensed celery soup - 1 item
- envelope dried onion soup - 1 item
- can condensed mushroom soup or 1 can condensed chicken soup - 1 item
- whole chicken or several chicken breasts - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Place rice in greased large baking dish. Mix cans of soup with water. Pour over rice and chicken. Salt to taste. Sprinkle onion soup over top of all and cover tightly. Cook 2 hours at 350°. Reduce to 325° the last hour if it is browning too fast.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
