Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- parsley - 1/2 tsp
- rice - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken, cut up or use skinless chicken breasts - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice:
Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread rice evenly in pan. Place chicken pieces on rice and sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and parsley. Spread chicken soup and water on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Wrap foil over top of pan and seal tightly. Bake at 325° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Do not look at chicken while baking.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
