Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chicken - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- dry onion soup mix - 1/2 pkg
- cans chicken or mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make forgotten chicken:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix soup and water. Put rice in bottom of pan and pour half soup mixture over rice. Put in chicken pieces and pour the rest of the soup over the chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Cover with foil and forget it for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
