Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- boiled chicken, boned
How to make chicken and rice:
Melt butter in 11 x 14-inch pan. Pour rice over melted butter. Mix 2 cans of soup and 2 cans of hot water; pour over rice. Place chicken pieces over rice. Bake at 325° for approximately 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
