Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- dried whole oregano - 1/2 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 4 item
- sage - 2 tsp
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- Chablis or other dry white wine - 1/2 c
- dried whole rosemary - 1 tsp
- 1-inch thick lamb loin chops - 6 item
How to make herbed lamb chops:
Combine wine, lemon juice, oil, garlic, sage, rosemary and oregano in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Trim excess fat from chops. Place chops in baking dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning chops occasionally. Arrange chops with thickesRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Lamb/sheep.
