  • dried whole oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • cloves garlic, minced - 4 item
  • sage - 2 tsp
  • olive oil - 1 Tbsp
  • Chablis or other dry white wine - 1/2 c
  • dried whole rosemary - 1 tsp
  • 1-inch thick lamb loin chops - 6 item

How to make herbed lamb chops:

Combine wine, lemon juice, oil, garlic, sage, rosemary and oregano in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Trim excess fat from chops. Place chops in baking dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning chops occasionally. Arrange chops with thickes
