Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- soup can milk - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- to 4 chicken breasts - 3 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil chicken and cut in small pieces. Cook 1 cup rice. Mix the two soups with milk. Add rice and chicken to the soup and milk mixture. Mix well. Put in a casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers to cover casserole. Melt 1/2 to 1 stick butter; pour over crackers. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
