Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 6 oz
  • sour cream
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • fresh parsley, chopped - 1/4 c
  • cubed, cooked chicken - 2 c
  • fresh mushrooms, rinsed and sliced - 3/4 lb

How to make chicken and mushrooms:

Saute onion, mushrooms and chicken in butter until onion is tender. Cook noodles until tender; drain well. Lightly toss noodles and chicken mixture, sour cream and rest of ingredients. Stir until combined. Serve immediately. Could add cooked chopped broccoli or asparagus tips.
