Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
- ice water - 1/2 c
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 7 item
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- large fryer, cut up - 1 item
- all-purpose Gold Medal flour - 1 c
- box Pillsbury pie crust mix - 1 item
How to make chicken and dumplings:
Dumplings: Make the day before. Blend pie crust mix and flour with water with pastry blender. Roll out very thin. Cut in pieces, about 1-inch wide and 2-inches long. Wrap in wax paper or Saran Wrap between layers. Cook chicken with bouillon cubeRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
