Ingredients/Components

  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • black pepper - 2 tsp
  • poultry seasoning - 1 Tbsp
  • slices sandwich bread - 7 item
  • crumbled corn bread - 5 c
  • broth from chicken
  • cooked chicken, boned - 1 item

How to make chicken and dressing:

Mix in large bowl, breads, broth, seasoning and soup to desired consistency. Microwave onion and celery with margarine 4 minutes. Add to broth mixture and bake in 400° oven until brown, about 35 to 40 minutes. Mix chicken in dressing or place on top. Serves 8 to 10.
