Chicken and broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components

- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste - 1 item

- frozen broccoli cuts - 1 (16
- to 5 chicken breasts - 4 item
- bag shredded Mozzarella - 1 (16
- Pillsbury Ready-Made pie crust - 1 item
How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:
Place pie crust in pan (see directions on box). Bake for 9 minutes at 400°. Saute onion in olive oil (or vegetable oil). Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dice chicken and add to skillet. Cook chicken until done, then drain. Rinse broccoli in cold water until thawed; drain. Mix soups together. In bottom of casserole dish, later chicken, broccoli, soup, then cheese. Repeat layers. Top with pecans. Bake at 350° until bubbly and cheese is melted (approximately 30 to 45 minutes).Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Casseroles.
