Ingredients/Components

  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • cornflake crumbs - 1/2 c

How to make spicy crispy chicken:

Preheat oven to 400°. Dip chicken in egg; coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Serves 6.
