Chicken almondine
Ingredients/Components
- skinless, boneless, cooked chicken, drained - 3 c
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- water chestnuts - 8 oz
- mushrooms - 4 oz
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- Pillsbury crescent rolls - 1 item
- Swiss cheese - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1 item
- melted margarine - 4 Tbsp
How to make chicken almondine:
Saute celery and onion in margarine. Combine sauteed mixture with shredded, cooked chicken, chicken soup, water chestnuts, mushrooms, mayonnaise and sour cream. Pour in prepared 10 x 15-inch pan. Top with Swiss cheese, crescent rolls, melted margarineRecipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
