Chicken almond casserole
Ingredients/Components
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 2 c
- cubed or sliced cooked chicken - 2 c
- slivered almonds - 1/3 c
- frozen or canned French-style green beans, cook if frozen - 1 pkg
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make chicken almond casserole:
Put 3/4 cup of stuffing in greased casserole. Alternate string beans, chicken and almonds. Combine milk and soup; pour over ingredients. Cover with remaining stuffing. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 1/4 cup hot water and pour over top. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
