Turkey casserole



  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • ground turkey - 1 lb
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • sliced cheese - 1 item
  • frozen Tater Tots - 1 item

How to make turkey casserole:

Fry ground turkey. Add celery, green pepper, onions, salt and pepper. Add can of soup. Heat through. Pour into casserole and cover with a layer of sliced cheese, and a layer of Tater Tots. Bake at 350° until potatoes are golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
