Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- chicken breasts - 6 item
- small bag slivered almonds - 1 item
- small bag plain potato chips - 1 item
How to make chicken almond casserole:
Broil the breasts until almost done and remove skin (about 10 minutes). Put in a casserole dish. Mix soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and onions; pour over breasts. Garnish with crushed potato chips and almonds. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
