- cloves garlic, mashed - 4 item
- bay leaves - 3 item
- whole black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- patis - 2 Tbsp

- aji optional - 1/2 tsp
How to make chicken adobo:
Mix soy sauce, patis, vinegar, salt, garlic, black pepper, aji, bay leaves and cold water; stir until salt is dissolved. Pour over meat; let marinate for 1 hour. Put on high flame. When liquid comes to a fast boil, lower flame. Cook until most of liquid has evaporated and chicken is tender.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken wing.
