Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- oleo - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 3/4 c
How to make cherry torte:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Cut in oleo. Spread 2/3 of mixture in a 9 x 9-inch pan. Spread 1 can of pie filling on top. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top of pie filling. Bake 30 minutes in a 375° oven. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.Recipe categories: Desserts, American, Californian.
