- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 12 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar
- water - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
- quick oats
How to make oatmeal scotchies:
Beat margarine, sugar, eggs and water. Combine with flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir in oats and chips. Drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
