Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/3 c
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- graham crackers - 16 item
- sugar I prefer 1/3 c - 1/2 c
How to make cherry torte:
Crush crackers; add melted butter and sugar. Put in baking dish or pie pan; press firmly. Beat soft cream cheese with mixer. Add 1/2 cup sugar gradually. Then add eggs and beat at high speed until smooth. Pour over cracker crust. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Remove and cool. When cool, add pie filling.
