- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
How to make cherry coffee cake:
Topping:1/3 c. flour1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon3 tsp. butter pinch of salt Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Beat 1 1/2 minutes until stiff. Pour 3/4 of batter in a greased 10 x 10-inch pan. Add a jar of prepared apple or cherry pie mix. Spread remaining batter on top and sprinkle on topping.
