Cherry coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• flour - 2 c
• butter - 3 Tbsp
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• can cherry pie filling - 1 oz
• margarine - 1/4 lb

How to make cherry coffee cake:

Topping:1/3 c. flour1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon3 Tbsp. butter Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Beat about 1 1/2 minutes until mixture is stiff. Pour 1/2 batter in greased pan (approximately 7 1/2 x 12-inches). Spread pie filling on batter. Spread remaining batter on cherries. Mix topping ingredients into crumbs and sprinkle crumbs on batter. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
