Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- 5 oz - 1 can
- grated lemon peel - 1/8 tsp
- can Pillsbury refrigerated quick cinnamon rolls - 1 item
How to make cherry cinnamon cobbler:
Pour pie filling into an 8-inch round layer pan. Heat at 400° for 15 minutes. Separate cinnamon rolls and dip edges in butter, then in pecans. Arrange, topping side up, on top of hot pie filling. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Combine lemon peel and icing; spread on rolls. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.Variation: Other favorite prepared pie filling may be substituted for the cherry.
