Cherry cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- cold milk - 1/2 c
- cans cherry pie filling - 2 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- softened margarine - 1 c
- envelope whipped topping mix - 1 item
How to make cherry cheesecake:
Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and margarine. Press into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; cool. Crumble crust and firmly press back into pan. Combine whipped topping mix and milk. Whip until fluffy. Set aside. Combine cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk, powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well and fold into whipped topping.
