Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • cold milk - 1/2 c
  • cans cherry pie filling - 2 item
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
  • softened margarine - 1 c
  • envelope whipped topping mix - 1 item

How to make cherry cheesecake:

Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and margarine. Press into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; cool. Crumble crust and firmly press back into pan. Combine whipped topping mix and milk. Whip until fluffy. Set aside. Combine cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk, powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well and fold into whipped topping. Spread mixture over crust and top with pie filling. Chill for 12 hours.
