- powdered sugar - 1 c
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- 9-inch graham cracker crust chocolate cookie crust is good also - 1 item
How to make cherry cheesecake:
With electric mixer, combine powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell and pour canned pie filling over the top. Cover and place in refrigerator several hours until cool and firm.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 4 hours.
