Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- flour self-rising
- carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- boxes lemon pudding instant - 2 item
How to make lemon fluff:
Pecan Crust:1 c. flour (self-rising)1 stick butter1/2 c. chopped pecans Pecan Crust: Mix and press in pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar thoroughly. Add 1 cup Cool Whip and mix with cheese and sugar. Put in cool pastry. Mix pudding with 2 cups milk and beat until thick. Pour over cheese mixture in pastry crust. Top with 2 cups Cool Whip. Chill 4 hours.
