How to make miniature cheesecakes:

Preheat oven to 350°. Cream until fluffy all ingredients. Pour into paper lined cupcake pans. Fill 2/3 full of batter. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool. Put pie filling or preserves on top. Chill. Makes about 22.
