- blended smooth cottage cheese - 2 c
How to make weight watchers cheesecake:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Cool. Blend cottage cheese in mixer or blender. Stir into cooled Jell-O and add Cool Whip. Can pour into graham cracker pie crust or into Pyrex pie pan.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Cheese.
